The apartment is located in the centre of Nice on the Promenade des Anglais 2 minutes walk from the Hotel Negresco. Nice Airport is three miles away.

The beach is just across the road.

Les Trois Épis (The Three Ears of Corn) could be your own Nice Holiday Apartment in the South of France.

The large terrace overlooks the Mediterranean and is equipped with a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers.

Sit there with your glass of wine, next to your own palm tree, and watch the world go by!

Minimum stay is 3 nights, except in the peak summer months when it is seven days Saturday to Saturday.

This large (100 m²) modern two-bedroomed apartment has been especially designed with the discerning traveller in mind. It has been refurbished to a high standard. The apartment is on the second floor (American = 3rd floor) and there is a lift (elevator) which for added security needs a code to operate.

There are ceiling fans in all rooms, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and central heating in winter.

We supply all linen and towels. And to answer the most frequently asked question, the apartment is equipped with two hair dryers!

We are now fully booked for Summer 2008 our next available dates are October 4 - 10 and 22- 28; October is a great time to visit Nice - the weather is still good, the crowds have gone and the prices are lower!

Christmas and New Year are still available! If you book now you can still benefit from low flight costs.

And now's the time to book for 2009! This year we had to turn down literally dozens of bookings in the summer because we were fully booked. Don't let that happen to you next year! And to help those afflicted by the low pound or dollar, we have frozen our rates for 2009!

The Living Room

The living room leads onto the terrace and has 2 settees (one of which converts into a double bed, and three armchairs.

There is a TV (French) and a DVD player. Bring your own CDs!

The dining area (in the living room) has a table and seven chairs. There is also a writing-desk. For those who need Internet access there is broadband WiFi access. And to keep in touch with home there are FREE calls to landlines (not cell phones) in the U.S.A., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Master Bedroom 1

Situated at the back of the building, the main bedroom has a King-sized bed 180 cm (5' 11")width. There is also ample wardrobe space and a chest of drawers. The bedroom is air-conditioned and also has a ceiling fan. There is a small balcony with lounger chairs which looks out on an internal garden. The bathroom - with bath and shower - is next door.

Master Bedroom 2

The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed 160 cm (5' 6") width and a single bed 90 cm (3' )width. There is also ample wardrobe space and a chest of drawers. The bedroom is air-conditioned and also has a ceiling fan. There is an en-suite shower room.

Separate Kitchen

The separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer, American fridge/freezer, oven with hob and microwave.

There is ample crockery and cutlery and a supply of herbs and spices. There is an iron and ironing board for your use.
